SUNDAY MORNING OPPORTUNITIES
We believe that every person is created with deep significance... and that every member is a minister! We're building a diverse and multi-faceted community where everyone is called to contribute not just consume... to participate not just spectate. Towards that end, we dream of all the needs within the church being met by the community. Using our gifts and abilities, heart, personality, and experiences -- along with the various needs at hand -- we are committed to serving one another.
Production Team
If you enjoy working with high-tech gear and have a passion for excellence, we’ll teach you everything you need to know to serve with us! We need people who are: always alert when on task; team players; excellent multitaskers; detail-oriented; and calm under pressure. Members serve on a scheduled rotating basis (usually once/month). We are looking for volunteers in the following areas: Audio Tech, Visual Tech, Livestream Production.
Vineyard Kids Volunteer Team
This team ministers to the church family by providing children's programs during Sunday worship services. Teachers, aides and helpers are needed on a rotating basis (usually monthly). A background check and Vineyard attendance for at least 6 months is required prior to serving with the Kids team.
Worship Team
The Worship Team serves as vocalists and instrumentalists at the weekend worship gatherings and other Vineyard events. Do you sing or play an instrument and would love to be a part of our worship team? We are currently especially in need of vocalists, electric guitarists, and bass guitarists. To express interest in participating on the Vineyard Worship Team, complete this particular form.
HOSPITALITY TEAMS
The Hospitality Teams extend the welcoming heart of God during the weekend worship gatherings. We are looking for volunteers to serve as greeters / ushers on our Hosting Team, and we are looking for baristas / servers to serve on our Hospitality Team. New: we are also seeking at least 8 people to serve on our new Parking Lot Greeting Team!
Are you available once or twice per month? Can you express kindness, warmth, and encouragement? We would love for you to be part of this team, especially if you are good at putting a mask on and smiling with your eyes!
After Service Prayer Team
Our After Service Prayer Team ministers by praying for the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of people in the church after each service. Training is provided.
MIDWEEK OPPORTUNITIES
Though this season our emphasis is on building Sunday Morning Teams together, there are also opportunities to serve through the following Midweek Teams:
Youth Ministry Team
This team ministers to our middle school and senior high school students by engaging with our youth on Wednesday evening gatherings and other special events. Leaders reach out to establish solid relationships with the students to show Christ's love for them. Learn more here.
LEARNING ZONE
Our mission is intentionally more broad than a tutoring program. We seek to create a true community in which we partner with neighborhood parents to meet academic, social, spiritual and emotional needs of neighborhood children with the primary goal of seeing each child succeed in both school and life, with a strong foundation in both academic competency and inner character.
